What could be the reason I get a 9/30/2026 Fiscal Anniversary Date (instead of 9/30/2027)?

When I run Payroll with Fiscal Leave Anniversary setup, the Accrual DBA is populating with this year 2026 instead of 2027. Documentation states: "The only dates this file tracks are the employee’s next anniversary or fiscal roll date and the date updated" in KB248991.

I have tried populating the Fiscal Anniversary file (F06147) with the 9/30/2026 date, and it still populates with 9/30/2026. Any ideas?
