Direct Reports

in Human Resources and ELM - PSFT (MOSC) Question

Can anyone point me to a document or video that instructs on how to load the direct report tables? I ran the build process and the log says it's complete for all six access types and it ended normally, but if I try to navigate to the manager self service, all I see is "There are no direct reports.". I'm not sure what I have configured incorrectly.
