OEM 24ai - Enabling "oracle.sysman.db.discovery.dbservice" impact on a production environment

Hi,

What is the impact on databases if oracle.sysman.db.discovery.dbservice is enabled on hundreds of prod DBs ?

Could it be easily deactivated ?

How does OEM treat disabled database services? Are they reported as up or down ?
