To Implement Real-Time Integration Between Upstream Systems, Siebel UCM, and OEDQ?

in Siebel Business Process & Functionality (MOSC) Question

Hello Team, Currently have an integration between upstream source systems, Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (OEDQ) and Siebel UCM that runs in batch mode using database packages and stored procedures.

We are planning to move this solution to a real-time integration model and would like to understand the recommended approach and best practices.

Current Flow:

Upstream System → Datawarehouse → ODI Database Tables/Packages → OEDQ (Data Standardize ) →ODI→ Siebel UCM → Down stream

Purposed Flow :

Upstream System → Siebel UCM → OEDQ (Real-Time Validation/Matching)→ Siebel UCM )→Downstream System

Could you please advise on:

  1. What are the recommended approaches for real-time integration between upstream systems and Siebel UCM?
