Newly purchased Zebra device will convert Username & Password to all CAPS when tabing out of them

I am trying to login through MSCA app on a Zebra scanner and it keeps converting my username & password to uppercase thus causing signin errors. I have tried all solutions I can think of with no success. Anybody come across this with MSCA on a Zebra scanner?
