Program - Import Journals errors out

End user has submitted this job "Program - Import Journals" and it errored out. Upon investigating, it is observed that parameter i.e. ledger name is not passed even though it is mandatory when the source is selected as "Spreadsheet". How this could have happened as the SRS wouldn't allow the job to be submitted without passing mandatory parameters?
