JDE error

in CNC, DB and Operating System - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

Hi, We encountered an error for the first time; it appears that connections between the servers were lost, so we proceeded to restart all JDE services.

We aren't sure if it was due to a communication error or a process that used 100% of the CPU.
