What would cause a PDF in JDE to not have the Invoice Number in the PDF Name

We have an issue when we go to reprint an invoice. The reprint uses a Report Definition (RD) and the expected result is that the PDF name includes the Invoice Number. The process is set to go through BI Publisher to make the invoice look nice. We send the reprint through one of the Windows Batch Server, it works fine. If we send it through a different Batch Server, the PDF name reverts back to the JDE Job Number.

I have looked at the documentation available and have not found anything worth while.

Any insight of what the issue is would be greatly appreciated.
