ECC Dashboard Authorization and Security Errors – Roles Not Available in User Management

am facing authorization/security errors on multiple Oracle E-Business Suite ECC dashboards.

Previously, I faced a similar authorization error on another ECC dashboard. I resolved it by logging in as SYSADMIN → User Management → Users → select the user → Assign Roles, and then assigning the required ECC role using the Role Name / Role Code.

For the dashboards below, however, I am unable to find the required roles in the available role list, either by Role Name or Role Code.

Issue 1 – Current User Not Authorized to Access Data Set
