Oracle Fusion Subscriptions: Restrict Credit Memo amount not to exceed original Billing Line amount

When a user creates a Credit Memo from Subscriptions → Billing Summary → Create Credit Memo, the Credit Memo Amount must not exceed the original invoice/billing line amount. Is it possible to restrict credit amount not exceed Billing line amount/Invoice amount.
