Validate Patch for Bug # 39984254 - Enterprise Manager 24ai Release 1 Holistic Patch for OMS

I have an OEM 24.1.0.12 running on Enterprise redhat linux 9 with an oracle database 19.31.

I am verifying all the security patches for this month and got this message while validating the Holistic Patch:

Expected error: " ERROR :: The minimum Release Update (RU) check failed for applying the given holistic patch.
Recommended action: If you wish to apply this holistic patch, ensure your OMS is patched with at least 24.1.0.13"
