Where is the path of the agent on the OMS server stored for use when using OMS patcher?

in Patch Reviews - ENM (MOSC) Question

I am trying to apply 24aiRU13 on a windows server. When the OMS script tries to stop the agent I get the following error message:

command D:\oem\24ai\oemagent\agent_inst\bin\emctl.bat stop agent
D:\oem\24ai\oemagent\agent_inst\bin\emctl.bat stop agent is failed to run
—
The agent is actually located in this directory:
D:\oemagent\agent_inst

Can someone please let me know where the agent directory param is stored that is refenced by omspatcher?
