Create Accounting - Completed With Warning

I'm new to fixed assets module, when i run Create Accounting - Assets , i get Warning and after reviewing the output - i recognized the following:

1- Certain Major Category has all the issues :

Addition:

'Tools and Kit.Other-Tools-And-Kit'

Depreciation:

Tools and Kit.Other Tools and Kit/1
Tools and Kit.Safety Tools/1
Tools and Kit.Firefighting Tools/1
Tools and Kit.Other-Tools-And-Kit

2- The Asset Category is set as other categories with all required accounts (All Other Categories are processed as required)

3- i created a new Minor Category and set accounts and assets to it, then rerun create accounting - the same issue raised.
