Bounce post migration

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

We are using 245.12 siebel version , during the migration between dev to non-prod environment we perform live migration.

Do we need to take to rolling restart/bounce of our siebel servers post migration . Although we don't face any functional issue but slowness issues has been observed .
