unified auditing spillover files were not cleaned up

Hi all,

On 19.30, we have a PDB with OS overspill .bin files dated 6 months ago in Mar, Apr and May. The dbid is correct and DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT.CLEAN_AUDIT_TRAIL did run as expected successfully everyday. LAST_ARCHIVE_TS did advance everyday. Plug and unplug was back in 2023, not this year.

Is this an oracle bug? Any body has similar experience?

Please advise. Appreciated in advance.
