Upgrade EBS 12.2.12, WebLogic Version 10.3.6.0 to higher version

Hello Team,

we are using EBS 12.2.12 version, in which the default weblogic version is 10.3.6.0. My security team reported the vulnerability with this weblogic version and recommended to upgrade the weblogic to higher version. I tried to find out the document to upgrade the weblogic higher version. but I not able to get it.

Kindly suggest, if its possible to upgrade the EBS 12.2.12 weblogic 10.3.6 version to higher version. Also suggest the some metalink document to follow-up.
