issue with R741001 CAMT.053.001.02

I am unable to load the CAMT.053.001.02 XML file data into the F09610 and F09611 staging tables. Whenever I run the R741001 (Parse XML Response) report, the process fails with the following error message:

ERROR: Failed to parse XML file. Check the JDE.LOG and JDEDEBUG.LOG for additional information.
