getting issues while installation of sqlt

i have successfully installed in stage in dev sqlt but getting issues while in production installation. its failing with below SQL> REM
SQL> REM EXECUTION
SQL> REM 1. Navigate to trca/install directory
SQL> REM 2. Start SQL*Plus connecting as user granted <tool>_USER_ROLE.
SQL> REM 3. Execute script tautltest.sql
SQL> REM

SQL> REM

SQL> REM and run TRCA from the same node where it was installed.
