Unable to find event for sourcing award in erp adapter

We need to design an integration from Oracle to a target system that should trigger whenever a sourcing award amount is greater than $100k and its status changes to 'Awarded'. However, I am unable to find a standard event to trigger this integration. Could you please help me identify the appropriate event, or suggest an alternative approach? Note that we cannot use a scheduled batch job because our SLA requirement is less than 15 minutes
