Brazil Tax Reform -- Scenarios with hold of DIFF IBS AMOUNT

Hi Team, we are working on some tests for validate new taxes of IBS and CBS for Brazil on EBS R12. When we tried to import an invoice from IRM open interface is showing this hold, checking lines and headers all amounts are match. Anyone know if something about round of amounts or any root cause that is causing this error.
