Access to payslips as a terminated employee AND retiree - different business groups

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello. We are on EBS 12.2.14.

We have 2 business groups. one for active employees and a separate one for Retirees (we process payroll for both)

We are looking for a solution for a person to access their payslips and W2's from when they were an active employee (business group 1), AND also access their current payslips as a retiree (business group 2), under one self service log in.

Does anyone do this? have information or documentation to share?
