OSS - How to Enforce Mandatory Reprice Before Subscription Activation (New & Amendment)?

in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

Hello team,

We are using Oracle Subscription Management (OSS) and have a business requirement to ensure that users must perform a Reprice action (Actions > Reprice) before a subscription can be activated.

We would like this validation to apply to the following scenarios:

New Subscription

Status: Draft → Activate

Subscription Amendment

Status: Under Amendment → Activate

Business Requirement: Before activation, the system should verify that the latest pricing has been recalculated using the Reprice action. If the user attempts to activate without repricing, the system should prevent activation and display an appropriate validation message.
