Conditional HMR for if a specific header exists?

Hi all, could really use your help.

Acme Packet 3950 SCZ10.1.0 Patch 1 (Build 92)

We need an HMR that will do the following:
Check if a specific header exists (in this case, we'll use X-TRE-CompanyID)If it does, store it.If not, do nothing.
If it does exist and was stored, replace the host in the FROM header. If not, do nothing.

We've been banging our heads against the wall trying to get this to work. Here's the initial HMR we tried:
