Reports 14.1.2 - Unable to access report URL localhost:<port>/reports/rwservlet

Reports 14.1.2, standalone report server

After installing all patches from the latest PSU, CPU, and others, I'm not able to access the reports URL.

WLS_REPORTS logs:
