Oracle Globally Distributed Database supported in cloud AWS/GCP Multi region active active config?

in GoldenGate, Streams and Distributed Database (MOSC) Question

Hello Oracle Support Team,

We are evaluating an architecture for a payment engine that requires an active-active database deployment across single cloud multiple regions, it may be (2 AWS region or 2 GCP region) as we yet to select cloud provider. Could you please clarify the following regarding Oracle Globally Distributed Database:

  1. Is Oracle Globally Distributed Database supported for deployment across two regions?
  2. Can the database be deployed with both regions active-active, with both regions accepting read/write transactions?
  3. Does Oracle support synchronous/strong-consistency replication between the two regions for this architecture?
  4. Is Oracle Globally Distributed Database supported when the application workloads are deployed on
