Error FRM-92102 after upgrade oracle ebs to 12.2.15

Hello everyone,

I have recently upgraded our Oracle E-Business Suite environment from Release 12.1.3 to Release 12.2.15.

The upgrade completed successfully, and users can log in to the EBS web interface. However, when attempting to launch any Oracle Form, the Forms client displays the following error:

FRM-92102: A network error has occurred.The Forms Client has attempted to reestablish its connection to the Server5 time(s) without success.Please check the network connection and try again later.

The forms_server1 managed server starts successfully and reaches the RUNNING state.

Initially, the forms_server1 log contained this error:

Forms session aborted: runtime process failed during startup with errorsUnable to switch to Working Directory:/rdata/XXX/apps/fs1/FMW_Home/Oracle_EBS-app1/forms Forms session failed during startup:no response from runtime process
