E1:Transaction UOM overwritten when converting Pick Request to Pick Suggestion

Hello ,

We are facing an issue with the Unit of Measure (UOM) during the Warehouse Management picking process in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 Release 25.

1. Sales Order Entry

The item is managed in inventory using its primary/stocking UOM = UN (Unit).

However, the item is sold using a different transaction/sales UOM = BO (Box).

The UOM conversion is correctly defined:

1 BO = 4 UN

During Sales Order Entry, the user enters:

Quantity = 1Transaction UOM = BO

The system correctly recognizes the transaction UOM and the conversion is correctly associated with the order line.

At this stage, the sales order is correct.
