To install latest BI Publisher Plugin for Version 26.9

in Oracle Primavera Cloud (MOSC) Question

We need a document/ guide to install latest BI Publisher Plugin in MS excel/word documents supported for latest version 26.9. As of now we have Custom templates which required BI Publisher Plugins to restructure or re-edit this templates. Previously we had Plugins but now when we check those have been removed from Microsoft accounts. So we need an installation guide/link to download latest Plugins.
