SMC - java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

in CNC, DB and Operating System - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

Hi, The SMC service hung; it appears another process overloaded java.exe, and the socket could not be released or recycled, we restart services, but how do I find root cause?

PID java.exe SMC_Server_EOne_ManagementConsole_Console → 4GB
