No description for "ORA-16664: unable to receive the result from a member"

Hi,

The message sometimes occurs in the database "ORA-16664: unable to receive the result from a member" but there is no appropriate note in the MOS.
MOS shows the only (KB113261) ORA-16664: Unable To Receive The Result From A Database, but "from a Database" is not "from a member".

DataGuard works well, apply lag is 0 almost always.

What does this mean? How to fix this?

The message sometime appears once or twice a week on weekends. I assume there is a threshold value for the standby response; if it is exceeded, this message appears. Is that correct?
