I face error, how to resolve?

Malicious script attack has been detected. The user session will be invalidated.
The parameter Name is:extensionId. The scripts are:org.xwiki.platform:xwiki-platform-distribution-flavor-mainwikia7jdh<img src=a onerror=alert(document.domain)>h5kturc1hk
