When creating a document in WebADI, BneCreateDocumentService.txt is downloaded instead the Excel doc

Hi,

Users are suddenly getting a BneCreateDocumentService.txt file when they Create Document in WebADI instead of the usual Excel Sheet/File.

We are using eBS 12.2.4 and recently upgraded Excel 2019.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
