Validation of EFFF and EFFT on R3002Z1I Process - JDE 9.2 Release 24

There seems to be a bug on the R3002Z1I process which allows you to change a BOM to have a EFFT that is less than the EFFF.

Steps - Enter and save a BOM in P3002 with a child item that has an effective from date greater than one year from today and an effective thru data greater than two years from today.

Go back into the SKU and modify the effective through date to today. You'll get an error message.

Create a record in P3002Z1 that changes the same BOM information only changing where the EFFT is now today.
