Exadata 26.2 Patch 39199308 (Database server bare metal / KVM Host / KVM Guest) issue.

in Exadata General (MOSC) Question

Attempting to load the page for Exadata 26.2 Patch 39199308 (Database server bare metal / KVM Host / KVM Guest) results in a empty template screen.
Tested from Chrome and Edge, inside and outside my organization.
No problem seeing the download pages for the two other 26.2 patches for the storage server and switches (39199299 & 39199313).
Is there an issue with this patch?
Wanted to test the OEL 9 upgrade.
