Is there any way to restrict the USER to access the Employee PII and compensation information ?

in Oracle Cloud Native Environment (OCNE) Question

As per business requirement, I have to restrict the access only to certain tables for a specific user, particularly Employee PII and compensation information using BIP reporting or CloudSQL.

The security should be applied to data model access as well similar to the access via the UI.

Please help on this.
