Release Accounting Cancellation - Order Line cancellation with this message

Oracle R12.2.8

Use RLM and OM

One of our customer has sent a demand (for 52 weeks) with firm and forecast. there was a firm demand for 60000 with request date as 22-OCT-2026.

But upon processing, the order line only has 6000. No details in Exception report. Anyone came across such issue?

PS: I couldnt find a category for Release management hence posting under OM.
