RMAN backup with different OS user from oracle

Hi,

I am trying to configure RMAN backups on 19C oracle database to work from different OS user from oracle. I am using standard RMAN configuration, NFS share for backup storage. I created new OS user, new OS group, changed the config.c and config.o files in the $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib with the new group for the backups, mounted the NFS share to the new OS user, granted sysbackup role and so on. I have two main difficulties, for which i need help. The first one is, when i enter rman from the new OS user with "rman target "'/ as sysbackup'" nocatalog" and
