error when dbca Oracle Rac

I installed Oracle Database using the DBCA tool, but I got an error.

Current status:

  • Oracle Grid Infrastructure was installed successfully, and the related status checks show OK.
  • Oracle Database software was also installed successfully.
  • When running DBCA, the process fails at the database creation/installation step and reports an error.
  • Running srvctl status asm returns a similar error.

Error:
[oracle@db01 ~]$ export ORA_NLS10=$ORACLE_HOME/nls/data
[oracle@db01 ~]$ srvctl status asm
PRCA-1084 : Failed to retrieve ASM Mode
PRKH-1059 : Failed to get ASM mode
PRKH-1056 : Unexpected CSS error(error code[0])
PRKH-1002 : Internal HASContext Error: JNI Native Call Failure
