Retro delta not forward to current calendar when running in batch calculation mode

in Global Payroll and Absence Management - PSFT (MOSC) Question

Organisation re-org which all employees switch to a new Pay Group (under the same Pay Entity) from old one. Retro delta forward across paygroups checkbox is selected.

But when first identified and calculate the new calendar group which only includes calendars of new pay group, majority of retro delta from previous period did not forward to current new paygroup calendar (forward to element is identified correctly but the forward to calendar group ID/ calendar is blank) while some did. However, if running the impact employee via group list. The retro delta then forward.

Any idea what may cause such issue?
