How to prevent losing the time/hour data when copying a date in the scheduler

When I copy a date in the scheduler of OPC and paste it in a new activity it loses the time information. So when I copy a finish date of 30-10-26 at 17h and I paste it in the expected finish date, I get 30-10-26 at 0h.

This is probably because I only copy the date # instead of the date+hour #

Sometimes the time/hour data does come with, but I havent been able to figure out when that is. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
