Targets in status pending and down after applying RU34 on OEM 13.5

Hi,

Applied RU34 (linux x64) on or OMS together with the latest holistic patch (39984261). It was applied successfully.

We have two targets in status pending:

Rack1_MyServerPool_0 Status Pending Oracle VM Server Pool
Rack1_ServerPool_0 Status Pending Oracle VM Server Pool

And on is down:

/EMGC_GCDomain/GCDomain/EMGC_OMS1/OCMRepeater Down Application Deployment

Any ideas?
