CSTPPCCB.pm_process_txn_mmt(185): "Warning: The current transaction has zero actual cost and was not reported to Oracle Projects.
CSTPPCCB.pm_process_txn_mmt(174): -"Warning: The current transaction has zero actual cost and was not reported to Oracle Projects.
