What LOB_TYPE and XDO_FILE_TYPE to upload a bursting control file using XDOLoader

in BI Publisher (MOSC) Question

RDBMS : 19.0.0.0.0
Oracle Applications : 12.2.13

What LOB_TYPE and XDO_FILE_TYPE to use to upload a bursting control file using XDOLoader?

My searches only say:

"The valid LOB_TYPE values for the XDOLoader utility in Oracle EBS are:
TEMPLATE
XML_SCHEMA
XML_SAMPLE"

Would it be safe to say that you can always use the values from LOB_TYPE and XDO_FILE_TYPE in XDO_LOBS, after you have created the BIP report object from XML Publisher Administrator?
