Changing Direct Reports Configuration

in Human Resources and ELM - PSFT (MOSC) Question

We've been asked to look into the implications of changing our current Direct Reports configuration from 4 - Full Position Management to 2 - Supervisor Id or 5 - Partial Position Management with Supervisor ID. Has anyone made this change or a similar change? If so, what all did you take into consideration when making this change?
