Why Lease status is draft when i do generate balance without Renormalization Option

Hi I created an Amendment for an Operating Lease which is IFRS 16 Enabled lease. The amendment is created without renormalizing all terms and using cut off date option. But the system is not saving the change and lease status remains in draft without any effect. Please can anybody let me know what is the possible cause. A document is attached with screenshots and steps performed.

Lease amendment

No Changes

The status remains draft.
