After Lease Amendment,the schedule report shows abnormally high values for few months

Hi We have a Lease amendment with "Renormalization all terms "option as "Yes". It is IFRS 16 Enabled Lease. But after the Balance Generation, the Lease schedule report shows abnormal high amount for some months as shown below in the screenshot and text document. Although there is no such amount in Lease payment terms. Can you please advise what may be the cause of the issue
