Good day

when we do Non-Catalog requisitions we get the error

  1. Row 1 Error - Error: Suggested Buyer has to be specified. Please edit/update lines and specify the Suggested Buyer on all the requisition lines.

it doesn't allow us to get to the update page where we can enter the buyer, this error should come when you are checking out but we get the error on the first page of iProc requisition creation.
