PA_EVENTS REVENUE_DISTRIBUTED_FLAG not equal to Y or N

Hi we are on 12.2.10 on OCI

Issue is with Projects/Billing

We seem to be blighted by the issue in the subject line right now

I logged an SR to get the following fix:

UPDATE pa_events

SET revenue_distributed_flag = 'Y'

WHERE project_id = 900206

AND event_id = 3860038

COMMIT;

Which works easy, but would rather not have to make this update

For us we keep getting revenue_distributed_flag = 'A'

A being categorically not in our setup

Are there any know issues/prevention patches we could apply?
