latest year for W-2 is not visible for active employee

Hello, we will be implementing the W-2 Self Service later this year, so I have been testing it in my test system. I ran the "Create W-2 PDF Forms" for 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. I have tested for several employees, and I see that the 2026 W-2 is visible. However, I ran across one test ID where the 2026 W-2 is not visible - the latest year shown is 2025. This employee is active in 2026 so why is the W-2 for 2026 not visible? Please see file "w2_screenshots-latest_year_not_visible_101926.xlsx" for screenshots. Thanks!
