Journal approval workflow

in General Ledger - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are are on release 12.2.12 and using the standard Journal approval workflow. We have couple of issues:

  1. The email to approver is not showing the details of the journal within the email, it is only showing the journal name. Is there any setting so that the journal details are shown in the email?
  2. Is there a setting so that the user gets the email that journal is approved? currently user is not getting any email that journal is approved.
